what comes to mind are con artists- maybe kids who play games with people for prizes- though idk how that'd explain the pacman... maybe they just took it? ... no that's just eh

ill let you work it out but they might turn into something interesting in time- if not no worries

The 3d depth in this gives it that added Kick!
i wonder if more detail to the sky would help or distract at all- gives me a more murky tone than a clear air environment- id keep that, could be poluted air or fog .... also a bird on the left rails or a bird there if you want a stand in entity- if you wanna poke at this more, not that you'd have to it still looks really nice; im just over thinking stuff X'3
