The wings are the jacket actually. It's a living magical item called the "Cobra's Hood". I imagined it being a mix of the magic carpet from Aladdin and the Venom symbiote. I was too tired to go into it last night.

I've never personally worn harem pants to say what the likelihood of tripping is but they rad so fuck it. Street rats seem to use them just fine.
