hows that filter on your art work btw
is that like a very faded png layover or some specific drawing style like mixing a pen preset or .. something?

The VHS filter on my art is done in a separate program called ntscqt. I do my colors by using colors as normal then putting layer effects like linear burn and darken over it to make them look more faded. Hope this helps a bit :O)
