I'm not sure what it is- maybe lining or color effects, but somehow your art always looks like if i put on red blue 3d glasses it'd pop out- it wont but somehow something with the coloring or SOMETHING always gives that aesthetic- it's neat though, and ignoring that trippy faint effect your art is always adorable and well made!
