I had some photoshop watercolor pattern brushes that I dabbed on the layers and then played around with layer effects
I dont remember where I got those water color brushes though

what's your influence for pixel art ? the style you use for shading seems familiar but im sure it's just a common style. Cool design- never been into the fandom but she's still pretty

She's well known in Pixiv as I see tons of fan art of Cirno compared to any touhou characters. This style was inspired by Suge 9. A Once Capcom employee before he made his own indie game using that style.
